Manufacturing Process OPS Consultant

Currently, we are seeking an Manufacturing Process OPS Consultant for the Converting side of production for our Fullerton, CA location.

Responsibilities:

Supervises and schedules the activities of workers who Assemble, fabricate, inspect and test products being manufactured.

Provide daily Leadership to crew leaders on the manufacturing floor.

Advises manufacturing operations personnel with regards to administrative procedures, technical problems and work priorities.

Maintains day-to-day records and reports of progress. Keeps management informed of schedules, priorities and problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's from a accredit University, degree in relevant to manufacturing process is preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing process role, packaging and/or converting side of production. Preferable in a paper industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and provide day-to-day leadership to crew leaders on the manufacturing floor.

  • A recognized leader/major contributor in safety and manufacturing processes including technology understanding and development with a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into execution of process and capacity improvements.
